University of Huddersfield re Lecture on Safety and Health at Large Venues

First I want to say thank you so much for today. I really appreciate your support- as a team we all feel this way about you, so it's great to have you onboard.
I had two students come to see me after the lecture. Both were so thrilled with your lecture today.

Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention Appeal

Specialising in live events, The Safety Organisation was a key part of the Keep Fit & Pink walk that many of our supporters did to raise money for The Genesis Appeal - and they have supported us with this every year since. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, and more importantly, that safety was not compromised.

The Genesis Appeal

Events Northern Ltd

TSO was exactly the service we needed for our Safety 2010 World Conference, staged on the behalf of the World Health Organisation by our clients, Liverpool John Moore’s University.  Safety 2010 was attended by over 1,000 delegates and utilised the whole of the QEII Conference Centre, Westminster.  The event was complex, with tight build times and incorporated 4 conference days including plenary presentations, 11 concurrent parallel session rooms, exhibition and poster displays.  The event also included a launch party with a performance by dance group Diversity and the conference dinner at the Natural History Museum.

TSO ensured safe systems of work and provided a top quality presence and written file of safety systems in a very approachable, tactful and human way. They were a credit to the health and safety ‘industry’ and helped to add the quality of our service to our clients and to our visitors, many of which had travelled thousands of miles to our capital city.

Universal AV Services Limited

At Universal A V Services Ltd we have worked with the Safety Organisation Limited since 2009. During this time they have provided excellent support to our events team and our company as a whole over the phone, by email and on site visits. We have found them very flexible and adaptable. We see this as important as Health and Safety is not always “predictable” or an “exact Science” and sometimes requests fall outside the contract constraints. TSO are always quick to respond. As our business grows and develops the combined knowledge of the Safety Organisation Limited has become an invaluable asset to the essential smooth and safe running of our business.

It has become a cost effective “can’t do without” business tool.

Jon Sinigaglia - Director of Qatar World Cup Bid

“The Safety Organisation Ltd is simply THE right company to have around when producing an event in the UK.

As a Health & Safety Consultancy they have a prodigious knowledge of what is and isn't permitted, so you can be sure that his advice sticks.

In addition, however, they are extremely personable and discreet, making their presence on site a pleasure. Most importantly, however, they are extremely pragmatic, meaning that when producing an event, you can be sure that they won't see H&S as being the centre of the operation. They have a VERY experienced eye as to what does and does not matter, making my life significantly easier and allowing us all to move forward in a constructive and productive way.

Whenever I produce in the UK, The Safety Organisation Ltd are my company!”

Stone Roses stage crew testimonial

“When we booked the production rehearsals for The Stone Roses at LS-Live, I was pleased to learn that the facility now incorporates the BACKSTAGE ACADEMY® training centre, as it meant I could put all the crew through the Event Safety Passport course on one of the quieter days. Even the more skeptical crew who had been in the industry a long time thought it was worth doing and found it useful because it raises their awareness of health and safety when they’re working around the stage set.”
